Cannot find "oleacc.dll" error when starting Hex Workshop under Windows 9x/ME
This problem affected user running Windows 9x/NT 4.0ME users without Microsoft's Active Accessibility components installed. Please upgrade to Hex Workshop v4.21 or later to fix this problem.
